Landmarks Association of St. Louis

Please Join us for the 2018 Most Enhanced Awards!

For 22 years, Landmarks Association has used the Most Enhanced Awards to recognize excellence in the restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of St. Louis' architectural heritage.  Award winners are selected based on the difficulty of the project, the capacity of the project to have a transformational effect on its surrounding area, the historical or architectural significance of the building, and on the project's power to inspire. They are also selected with an eye toward a diversity of geography, building types and development entities.

This year we received a record number of submissions. The scope of rehabilitation work that is happening in St. Louis is truly astounding.

This year's award ceremony will be held on the evening of Friday, June 1 at Wild Carrot event space (former Shaw Theater) at 3901 Shaw. Come see the fabulous rehabilitation of this historic building, eat and drink with friends, and celebrate the great work that is being done to revitalize St. Louis' wonderful architecture!

Tickets for the event can be purchased by calling Landmarks' office at 314-421-6474 or online at the following LINK. Tickets include drinks and hors d'eouvres (5:30-6:30) are $20 for Landmarks' members and $30 for non-members.

Street parking is available along 39th street as well as in at least one designated lot. A uniformed parking attendant will be on site to direct traffic and mind vehicles, but we encourage car pooling, public transportation, and ride share options. There will be a catered reception from 5:30 until 6:30, followed by the award ceremony (approximately 6:30-7:45).  Please feel free to arrive any time prior to ceremony.
