Review of Pevely to be Heard February 22nd

Pevely Dairy at 1001 S. Grand

Last night, St. Louis University (SLU) asked the St. Louis Planning Commission for a review of the Preservation Board decision denying two out of four demolition permits for Pevely Dairy at 1001 S. Grand.  The Planning Commission unanimously granted a review of all four of the demolition permits.  The commission will receive materials in advance and the applicant of the demolition permits and the Preservation Board will meet on Wednesday, February 22nd for oral arguments concerning the decision.  At that meeting, only SLU and the Preservation Board will be able to approach the podium before the commission for testimony.  The meeting will be open to the public, however the public will not be able to speak.

If you are interested in attending the review meeting, it will be held at 1015 Locust in Room 1200 on Wednesday, February 22nd at 5:30PM.  For more information you can contact the Planning Commission at 314-622-3400.
